Great breakfast and fantastic views. Handy location, just a short walk to central and south pier. - A stone's throw from the seafront, bars, and restaurants. - Located in the middle of the city. - King Edward VII nearby is a great place to chill out.

It is a fantastic hotel with airy rooms and incredible views of the sea. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and owner too. The venue provided an excellent customer service during our christmas. Also, they offer parking on the street. They serve nice food, have plenty of options to choose from.

Gorgeous hotel with an excellent location and fantastic view of the sea. Tidy, new-fashioned rooms with a flat-screen television, a dining area, and a seating area. - Beds were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. - Great choice for Christmas.
